Enterprise Kitchen

Learners were in involved in preparing a variety of food for serving in the Enterprise kitchen this week.

Learners prepared Tuna and mayonnaise sandwiches, popcorn chicken and fries in a takeaway box with a choice of dips as well as hot dogs with freshly fried onions.

The learners labelled the sandwiches with the correct food allergen information.

One of the learners who had never used the hot plate offered to fry the onions after he had chopped them.

The Enterprise kitchen helps develop practical skills and gives our learners opportunities to improve teamwork, increases confidence by completing tasks or working with appliance within a working kitchen.
