Working on Wellbeing

This week we took to the sports hall and our learners partook in some physical activity! The session focused on the importance of exercise and how it can improve your physical and your mental wellbeing. Here you can see Christian, Aaron, Lucas, Kallum and David all enjoying a game of football! 

All of our learners enjoyed their afternoon and tutors were specifically impressed with Christian who was very helpful and gave coaching points to his peers during the session!
