EHCP Reviews
All of our Trinity Post 16 Solutions Ltd learners have had their annual EHCP reviews this half term and what a half term it has been! All learners attended their reviews and spoke confidently, asked questions and made comments regarding their progress. Parents/carers were able to talk about the progress they have made at home and out in the community towards their targets.
The group have accessed work experience placements, completed application forms, began several qualifications, started travel training, and accessed the community. This is on top of the Project work they have been completing with the VRU, the Preparation for Adulthood sessions they have been part of, serving customers in the snack bar and accessing our on-site farm to grow produce and look after the animals.
A very busy time on the programme so far this year, with lots of excellent achievements!
