Level 1 Basic Construction
It’s getting to that time of year where some of the learners are now seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, and some are in touching distance of completing their practical assessments. We had our first learner complete all the bricklaying assessments after coming back from the Easter half term.
The standards are high and so is the competition, so following on from the first learner completing the brick element of the course, we had 5 other learners on the heels of that learner eager to keep up, which is good to see. There is no prize for finishing first just the satisfaction of completing the practical element of the course and taking the first steps into the construction industry.
We look forward to seeing those learners putting their new found skills to the test, once they have completed all the construction assessment, we will then set them little tasks and projects to enable them to hone their skills and gain a little valuable experience.
