Maths: Estimation, Formulas & Multiplication
This week, our learners have been developing their numeracy skills through estimation, formulas, and multiplication, using scenarios that are relevant to everyday adult life. They have explored how maths can be used to calculate wages and work hours, manage budgets, compare prices when shopping, and make informed financial decisions.
To check and reinforce learning, learners have taken part in interactive Kahoot! Quizzes and Jeopardy-style challenges, providing a fun and engaging way to test their knowledge and build confidence. It has been fantastic to see learners applying their mathematical skills to real-world situations that will support them both in the workplace and in their daily lives.
