Independent Travel
In our independent travel sessions, we have been looking at planning routes to potential Project Choice locations, using resources online to plan a journey to the locations and highlighting information such as which buses to get and how long the journey will take.
We have been discussing potential barriers and issues they may face when travelling independently on public transport with a follow up solution which can help the learner in that situation. Helping to expand their travel knowledge for leisure and work placement, these skills can be transferred for when learners gain employment.
